MOBILE LOTTO PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ABOUT MOBILE LOTTO
Mobile Lotto is an electronic service based on the outcome of certain lotteries and is operated by Achatelecommunications Company Nigeria Limited. (ACCNL) also provides Telecom Services. ACCNL Limited is registered company with CAC RC497650 ("we" or "us" or "our").
Mobile Lotto is a trading name of ACCNL. We are licensed and regulated by the National Lottery Regulatory Commission for customers in Nigeria. To offer Lottery services These Player Terms and Conditions and your Contract with us is governed by the laws of the Law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
2. THE PLAYER
This terms and conditions is valid for players of “MOBILE LOTTO PROMO”.
2.1 By using or visiting our services, you warrant that:
2.2 You are at least 18 years Old. In this regard you should note that under age gambling is an offence in the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. That you are legally capable of entering into binding contract.
2.3 Any customer using our service who is identified as underage or who has registered with false information about their identity shall have his or her winning forfeited and reported to Law Enforcement.
2.4 Player must be resident in the Federal Republic of Nigeria in which you are permitted to participate contrary to this sanction will be imposed on the player.
2.5 Player do not make a living with Lottery.
2.6 You understand that you may lose money as a consequence of the numbers you played with us.
2.7 If you are using Mobile Lotto Promo services to defraud unsuspecting consumers you would be reported to the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)
2.8 We reserve the right to ask for confirmation of proof of age from you before winning payment is made.
2.9 We reserve the right to ask for confirmation of proof of identity and residence from you and any application made from your mobile device may be suspended until we are in receipt of satisfactory proof of residence and identity as we may require.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply completely with your own local, national or state laws. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
3. CONTRACT FORMATION
3.1 You apply download Mobile Lotto app, completing the online download application. Submitting an Entry does not mean that your application has been accepted or will be accepted. Your application constitutes an offer to us. Due to the nature of the Services, all applications downloaded are subject to acceptance by us at our discretion (acting reasonably) and we will confirm acceptance if given to you by sending you an e-mail or SMS confirming our acceptance of your Entry (the "Reference Confirmation").
The contract for the Services between you and us (the "Contract") will only be formed when we send you the Reference Confirmation which confirms our acceptance of your order. The Contract is governed by these Player Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Anti-Spam Policy.
3.2 We reserve the right to accept or decline any entry made by suspecting player, acting reasonably in this regard.
3.3 The Draw Rules apply to the Draws. By playing Mobile Lotto, you agree to the Draw Rules and you reserve the right to winning numbers.
3.4 The Gaming Rules apply to the Gaming Services. By using the Gaming Services, you agree to the Gaming Rules.
4. MOBILE LOTTO PROMO DRAWS
4.1 In relation to the Draws, we shall send SMS confirmation of your Entry with a reference number that will be used to identify winners before payment.
4.2 The fixed percentage payout for Draws may alter from time to time but written notice of such change will be provided to you no later than 28 days prior to the change.
4.3 Your participation in Mobile Lotto Promo service does not imply you are betting on the platform as in certain lotteries or outcomes determined by other lotteries.
4.4 In the event Draws, you are eligible for the relevant Draw information on the day of dispatch by us to you of your Reference Confirmation number provided that you have paid as cleared funds during your play for such Draw and the Reference Confirmation is sent by us to you phone before the Deadline.
4.5 It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to-date. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important related notifications and information from Mobile Lotto Promo terms and conditions. The platform has a dedicated security system to ensure protection on the details/ personal information of players.
4.6 You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Reference Number. In particular agree to keep your RN strictly confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of that information. Provided we have been correctly supplied with the account information requested, we are entitled to assume that offers and payments are made by you.
4.7 If another person gain access to your reference number, you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorized by you and you hereby indemnify us and hold us harmless against all cost.
5. 5 WINNINGS ON MOBILE LOTTO PROMO AND PAYMENT OF WINNINGS AND CUSTOMER FUNDS RATING.
5.1 All Winnings are paid in Nigeria Naira unless we advise otherwise. provided by our bank on the date determined by us.
5.2 Winnings due to you will be credited to your Bank Account as detailed in these Player Terms and Conditions. Before paying your Winnings into your Bank Account we will be entitled to require such reasonable information to verify your identity and residence as may be required to meet relevant anti-money laundering agencies for the prevention of terrorist-funding
legislation.5.3 Any sums which are in your Bank Account will be held by us for you in a segregated bank account in Nigeria. However we are not a bank and no interest shall be paid on any sums in your Bank Account.
5.4 You may claim your Winnings by withdrawing monies from your Bank Account.
5.5 You shall immediately inform us in the event that any Winnings are paid to you in error and forthwith return such to us.
5.6 Should your Bank Account be inactive for a period of 5 months, we reserve the right to withhold your winning and charge a fee (the "Administration Fee"). In this event, all funds won by you will belong to us when you do not give us a credible notice on your payment.
5.7 All winning must be verified with information in confirmation with our database. Any prize not claimed within the relevant claim period will be forfeited and plough back to the system.
6. CUSTOMER SERVICE
6.1 Customer can make a complaint or a suggestion regarding the Company, through the Website or the services offered. Firstly, contact our Customer Success Team online or send us an email info@mobilelotto.ng
6.2 Offensive or rude tune and malicious comments, will not be tolerated while contacting our staff or while discussing our products and services in any media, social network or forum as this will result in a suspension of the Account.
6.3 The Customer can apply to withdraw from participating in the draws whenever he/she wishes by requesting it to the Customer Success Team in written form.
We reserve the right to modify this T & C at any time, so please review it frequently, at least every month. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. If our platform is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that you may continue to be served.
If you consider any changes carried out to be intolerable, you may terminate the service.
To safe guard your personal information, we take precautions and follow industry standard practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Other legal relationship between the Customer and the Company, not stated on the terms and condition, is subject to Nigerian laws.
